Resume

I have a wide range of experience in producing creative projects. Having started with small projects and grown to manage a team of 76 creative people I have developed skills at every level, from hands on practical building and making skills to budgeting, logistics and management.

I have run several performance companies (Folly Games, Idiot Presents, FEET Theatre, In Special Circumstances) and managed projects for other organisations in Australia and overseas. With my performance companies I have toured Europe four times as well as Canada and the USA. All of these tours have been self-produced.

I have been a creative lead and a collaborator on dozens of performances. Much of my work has been in outdoor spectacle, circus, street theatre, comedy and in particular immersive and interactive projects.

I can lead large groups of people with vision and clear communication and work effectively as part of a team. Teaching, training, and running workshops in a range of performance skills has developed and demonstrated my skills in leadership and communication. I have managed staff and volunteers, conducted community consultation, negotiated with stakeholders and responded to client demands in a variety of circumstances.
